Migrating Organizer meeting information
Scheduled meetings in a user's Calendar section are converted to personal appointments in the user's Notes Calendar. Status information, and information about the meeting Chair and Attendees are migrated to the Detailed description field of the Appointment document. The information migrated to this field depends on whether the user is the meeting Chair or a meeting Attendee. For a meeting Chair, the complete list of attendees is migrated. For an Attendee, the description contains the name of the Chair only; the list of other attendees is not migrated. Other meeting information is not migrated.
